Appointment timing can vary depending on the style of hat and level of customization. Most hats are able to go home with you the same day, provided we have your size, style, and color in stock and are able to shape and design it during your appointment. For hats with more specialized design requests, additional time may be needed and will be discussed in advance.

In many cases, yes. Existing hats may be eligible for reshaping, restyling, or thoughtful finishing touches and updates depending on the material, construction, and condition of the hat.

Of course — fit is an essential part of the process, and sizing guidance is included as part of the Boulder Brim experience. If you have a soft tape measure at home, you are also welcome to send your measurement ahead of time so we can pull a helpful range of options for your appointment.
